As the year winds down, the holiday lights twinkle, and life seems to move just a little faster, I always find December to be the perfect time to pause. To breathe. To reflect on where we’ve been — and to realign with where we’re going.
This month at Lesh Lifestyle, our focus is simple: reset and renew — body, mind, and spirit.
🌿 Community, Movement, and the Post-Thanksgiving Reset
After the rush of Thanksgiving, it’s easy to feel a little off-rhythm tired, heavy, or stretched thin. That’s why we were so excited to host our December Reset Event with Kirstin from RockYourBod a morning of barre and calisthenics gentle movement, mindfulness, and connection.
It was a chance to release tension, reset the nervous system, and remind ourselves that healing happens best when we do it together.
Through gentle breath-work and mindful movement, we focused on gratitude for the body we live in not for how it looks, but for all it carries us through. When we move from a place of gratitude, we honor our bodies instead of punishing them. That’s where real transformation begins.
If you missed this event, don’t worry there are more opportunities to come in the new year. Stay tuned for our upcoming workshops and wellness mornings with Kirstin and our Lesh community.

✨ Reflecting, Resetting, and Preparing for the New Year
As the holidays unfold, I want to invite you to take a step back and notice the spaces between the noise. This is your opportunity to rest, release, and prepare your body and mind for what’s next not through pressure, but through presence.
Start with gratitude:
“What can I release before the year ends?”“What do I want to carry with me into the new one?”
The truth is, your reset doesn’t start in January it starts right now. Every breath, every mindful meal, every moment of quiet is part of the preparation.

One of the most powerful ways to stay consistent is through community. That’s why we started the StrongHER Walks — held at the Surrender Statue in Sarasota at 10 a.m. on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of every month.
These walks are about connection, gratitude, and gentle movement — a chance to get outside, breathe deeply, and remind yourself that health isn’t something we do alone.
No pace expectations. No pressure. Just women coming together to walk, talk, and grow stronger — body, mind, and soul.
🌟 A Note of Gratitude
To our clients, friends, and community thank you. Your trust, your stories, and your commitment to wellness inspire everything we do at Lesh Lifestyle.
This past year, we’ve grown together through events, treatments, and shared moments of healing. As we move into a new year, we’re excited to continue expanding our community, building deeper relationships, and helping each of you step into your healthiest, most grounded self.
Here’s to 2026 to health, balance, and purpose.
